1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using kinovai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use kinovai for personal and commercial video creation purposes under your subscription plan. Under this license you may not:

• Reverse engineer any software contained in kinovai
• Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent
• Circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or access controls

3. AI-Generated Content

kinovai uses artificial intelligence to generate and transform video content. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.

4. User Content

By uploading videos, images, or other content to kinovai, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You retain full ownership of your original content and all AI-generated outputs created from it.

5. Credits & Billing

kinovai operates on a credit-based billing system. Monthly subscription credits do not roll over between billing periods. Purchased credit packs never expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using kinovai, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall kinovai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform for prohibited purposes. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Modifications

kinovai may revise these terms of service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
